I have had several interactions with staff members at this business. It was difficult to get someone to answer my questions. When I went to the office to get some forms, I thought the front staff was friendly and hoped the rest of the visit would go well. It didn’t. Things weren’t explained well and I was made to feel like I was stupid. I left and was upset.
