In light of this experience, I strongly advise other pet owners to reconsider before choosing Winston and Friendz. Ensuring the safety and well-being of our pets should be the top priority, and unfortunately, they failed miserably in this regard. I hope they take this feedback seriously and implement necessary changes to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Must look at my pets condition. Don't recommend it.
