  This dental office is too busy. Go elsewhere. I had a cleaning scheduled for May 22 2024. For medical reasons, I could not attend and informed the person on the phone that I could not attend and she said "I can book you in for our next opening NEXT YEAR! So then it would be over a year for a cleaning. I can imagine how much extra dental work would be required by that time. This clinic is always asking for new patients but cannot service their existing patients. Do not believe people's 5 star reviews. People are bribed for a good review by getting extra entries into their quarterly draw for prizes. You get bonus entries if you recommend new patients. Remember that when you do this; you are creating longer delays for your own needs. I found a spot of reviews by staff members. (needed a Google Account to read them all but I could read the top one.) It backs up everything I have said here. They performed a procedure on me while I was frozen once and did not inform me. I had to argue with them to remove the charge for this unauthorized procedure. They are all about the money and do not really care about their patients. I wish I could give lower than a one!
