Everything we harvest is Wild Caught from the forests of Ontario. Never cultivated, Never farmed, Always Wild! We forage for wild mushrooms according to what’s in season in a sustainable way. Our Wild Caught mushrooms are then sorted, cleaned and dried to lock in freshness and aroma.
