Seven Acres Farm & Ferments grows vegetables, cut flowers, and makes delicious and healthy kimchis and sauerkrauts, as well as kombuchas and water kefirs. The ferments are crafted using locally sourced produce as much as possible from farms in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia.
